About the Program

Ongoing professional development is vital to nurse success and improved job satisfaction, and now, it’s more accessible than ever. Through a partnership with Sigma Nursing and support from the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, we’re proud to introduce the Nurse Learning Exchange: a growing collection of high-quality, free NCPD courses designed to support nurses and nursing students at every stage of their career. Stay current on your educational requirements and keep building your skills, all at no cost to you.

PNAA has partnered with Sigma Nursing, with support from the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, to launch the Nurse Learning Exchange — a library of FREE continuing education courses that help you stay current, grow your skills, and earn contact hours.

Dear PNAA colleagues,

PNAA and Sigma Nursing are inviting YOU to contribute to a high-impact, 1-hour online course for the PNAA-Sigma Nurse Learning Exchange (NLE). This is a quick way to showcase your expertise, offer accessible NCPD contact hours, and directly support PNAA programs, initiatives, and chapters.

Why contribute?

  • Elevate nursing education across our community and nationally
  • Help PNAA qualify for up to $5000 in support (reinvested into chapter and national initiatives)
  • Gain visibility— TOP THREE (3) courses will be recognized at next year’s 47th PNAA National Conference (hosted by PNA Colorado)!

What to submit and complete (by December 1, 2025):
